POTENT-X announces it Advisory Board
We are happy to share the Advisory Board of POTENT-X! The board consists of a mix of experts from academia, industry, governments, and civil society, with expertise in transport policy, energy systems, innovation, and governance. As we chart a course toward the energy transition of maritime ports, our expert advisors will help us navigate the rough waters of innovation, regulation, and sustainability.
Björn Garberg
National Coordinator for Domestic and Short Sea Shipping, Swedish Transport Administration
Björn’s expertise is in maritime strategy and maritime administration, and he has several years of experience working with long-term strategic planning on a national level, with a focus on shipping and infrastructure isues.
Christian Graulund
Research Manager, Danfoss
Christian holds a PhD in Computor science from University of Copenhagen and works as a research manager at Danfoss. His expertise is in research collaborations, both nationally and internationally, and he has extensive experience of serving as a board memeber of several organizations.
Hannes von Knorring
Principal Consultant, DNV
Hannes has a PhD in Maritime shipping and technology from Chalmers University of Technology and works as Principal Consultant & Global Cargo Owner Segment Lead at DNV. He has extensive experience in working with decarbonisation in the maritime sector, from energy efficiency and alternative fuels to CO2 shipping and AI onboard.
Eveliina Laitinen
Senior Manager P2X Business Development, Fortum Power
Eveliina holds a PhD in Chemistry from University of Helsinki and her expertise is in business development, R&D, and strategy. She has extensive experience in P2X and hydrogen business development.
Elina Makousiari
Project Manager, European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL)
Elina is an Urban Resilience and Sustainability Planner and has gained international professional experience working on various projects, in academia, advisory, and research. She has a strong background in sustainable and inclusive urban development, policy-making, and strategic planning, while she is familiar with Living Labs and co-creation in urban contexts.
Malthe Mulvad
Public Affairs Lead, CMP Copenhagen Malmö Port
Malthe is Public Affairs Lead at the Communications and Sustainability Department at Copenhagen Malmö Port. He has a background within international politics and regulatory affairs and has worked extensively with external relations and policy in both public, non-profit, and private sectors.
Frederik Roose Ovlisen
Director, Center of Analysis, Danish Utility Regulator
Frederik holds a PhD in Economics from University of Copenhagen and has extensive experience from both the energy sector and academia. Frederik’s expertise is in Energy economics.
The Advisory Board will help POTENT-X to ensure its goals by:
- Offer strategic guidance on the project’s experimental direction, ensuring relevance and alignment with industry needs and policy frameworks.
- Review progress and key deliverables, providing feedback on Living Lab outcomes and real-world implementations.
- Support the dissemination and exploitation of project findings across various sectors.
- Promote ethical considerations, sustainability, and inclusiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
